Answer #1

Co-operative along with team work are the backbone that are being learned while working in an organisation having experienced superiors. This is because a student learn from day 1 from his employer.

The work-term report is an important part of quality co-operative programs because the assignment provides you with the opportunity to report on your experience with your co-op employer and on how the experience related to your learning. Ideally, the report facilitates the integration of knowledge and practice.
