As we are all well aware that manager play's a key role in the organization he has to perform various tasks which are done in order to strengthen the organisation.

While doing so he builds various models which help the organization to perform well and increase its reputation.

While doing so the manager takes into consideration various aspects such as the impact of market forces , the present position of the concern , trends in business performance etc and mainly SWOT Analysis is very helpful in this situation which would helping him to prepare a good model which best suit's the firm.

Also few other aspects such as ability of workers and the interests of top management etc should and will also be considered and by basing on all these issues the manager builds the model which best suits the organization for business planning.
