1.) There may be a negotiation on any matter which is more debatable as compare to expected time. For example - Terrorism matter, economy development, social contribution etc.

2.) There may be a negotiation on matter which is not resolved while discussion and negotiation is still going on.

3.) Any matter in which second party is not satisfied with the contents given by first party on any matter related to negotiation.

4.) There may be chances of last longer negotiation is that both the parties are showing there talent and try to given more point related to matter.
