Development and implementation cycle differ from large business to small business, even they differ from one business to other business.

Large business require huge capital investment. So, the risk associated is large. The workforce and other managerial personnel involved is higher. Hence, the decision involved is immense and carefully made.

However, for small businesses, the risk is comparatively less. There is less capital investment. The workforce and other personnel is mainly controlled by one person. There is not much delegation of work and immediate decisions are made and implemented then and there.
