Distinguish between the following theories of ethical behavior are as follows :-

Right based approach

Justice based approach

In this theory the main focus is on protecting the rights established by the society.

In this theory the main focus is on fairness of actions.
It is basically a ethical decision which should be consistent with ethical theory It is basically considered ethically correct and valid.
This approach is predicted on the belief that every human being has the right to choose the path which effect their fate. This approach is based on the assumption that every human being should be treated equally without much discrimination.
This approach works on what society determines of what rights to uphold and give to its citizens. This approach works on assumptions that everyone in this society is equally and no one has the right to determine anything.
