Mortgage Market

Mortgage market is the market where loans are created. There are two type of Mortgage Market (i) Primary and (ii) Secondary. In mortgage market, the securities are collateralized by real state.

In Primary mortgage market is the market where borrowers and originators meet and negotiate to create the mortgage loan. In other words, the mortgage market is the market where loans are traded.

Capital Market is the market where securities are traded by the various entities.
