High contact services are the services in which there is a direct physical contact with the customers. For Eg : Public transportation, retail shops ,restaurants, schools etc. The advantage of high contact services are you can get the response of your customers at that point itself.

Low contact services are the services in which there is a no direct physical contact with the customers. For eg : E commerce, government services, online classes etc. In low contact services the response time will be large.
