Data Analytics- It is a process of discovering, inspecting, transforming and modeling the data in such a way so that company can get useful information for decision making. It is the process of examining the data and information so that one can reach on the conclusion.

Examples: Coca Cola company uses data analytics for retaining its customers, company came to know about customers' views and feedback about the product by phone, email and social media. Coca cola's director of data strategy said that data analytics help us in many ways, it is good to listen from your customers so that you can make strategy accordingly.

Netflix is another example for the same, it collected the feedback on the basis of customers' past searches and watch.
