Homework Answers

Answer #2

Inspite of the fact that this is digital age and digital revolution has taken place, and that has reduced the usage of negotiable instruments which is further reducing with the e-revolution going further, negotiable instruments still hold their own importance. They are many popular negotiable instruments that are still widely used like bills of exchange which still have their existence in internation and domestic market.

Check are still used world wide, although different countries have taking up digitalization at different pace but there are still countires where checks form important part of banking transactions and are extensively used.

promissory notes are still widely used ane their importance cannot be ignored

Therefore, though the applicability of negotibale instruments has reduced it has not ended and they are still alot in use though the usage is reducing day by day.
