Predictor of success means something that help you predict something that will happen in the future.
Some of the predictor of success are as follows
1. Emotional intelligence
2. will power
3. Motivation
4. Prodious Intelligence
5. Knowing Right people at the right time
6. Ability to delay gratification
7. Conscientiouness
8. Grit
Each predictor of future sucess works differently in life of people with varied goals, as far as the best predictor is concerned , it may be will power for someone , Grit for someone or Conscientiouness for someone
Here is the most effective predicor of success
a. Conscientiousness.
Conscientious people are super organized and responsible. They take themselves seriously, plan ahead, control their impulses... and with good cause. These behaviors have "staggeringly" high correlation rates with success. Studies have shown that conscientiousness impacts everything from a person's salary to their job satisfaction, as well as their ability to find work and keep it, among other things.
b .Avid reading.
If you've heard the phrase "readers become leaders," it's with good cause. People who love reading are often more intelligent, empathetic and creative, as it improves brain connectivity and function. Not to mention the fact that reading allows you to constantly digest new information. one  can spend a week reading a book of information that an expert took a lifetime to compile. Doing that consistently helps in growing the inner peace , memory , Capacity and makes mind healthy at exponential rates.
c. Grit
Grit Means courage or determination that makes it possible for somebody to continue doing something difficult or unpleasant,  "Grit" is another way to say perseverance ,
Some people assume that talent is innate, research shows that talent is really grit, that is, it is wholly dependent on one's practice of it
Another way to put it is that grit is one's willingness to be uncomfortable in pursuit of their goals, or to improve their current circumstances. It is simply one's ability not to chase comfort, but to stay focused on the top of the mountain, and be willing to incur the occasional discomfort that comes with the ascent.
Conclusion : In my Opinion Grit , Avit Reading and Conscientiouness are the best predictors of future succeess whereas Motivation , will power , Willingness to do something and Intelligence etc. work simultaneously to get the future success.
