Adam Cash is a bookkeeper for a scuba diving shop. He is super excited about his upcoming two week vacation to the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. His flight to Australia leaves at 9 PM on Friday. At 5:15 PM on Friday he realizes the diving shop's trial balance is a mess and it does not balance. He decides to place random numbers in the General Ledger system to make it balance and leaves his office in the shop barely in time to catch his flight. Since,Adam cash's duty to maintain prpoer records of all transactions.Finding out mess in the trial balance is a human error may be happen but place a random number for the purpose tally the balance is not right approach as a bookkepper though it is immaterial that he can correct the situation.

If he can not able to resolve the matter at that time its his duty to inform the higher authority about this mess before going for his trip.
