I woke up feeling energetic today. Went jogging in the morning and ended it with a 5 minute sprint. I decided that I should work on my legs and stamina more. Heart rate: 130-180

Today was a day in as the weather was bad. So I worked on maximizing the number of pushups I can do. Did a bit of crunch, squats and the like. I could feel the movement in my muscles. Heart rate: 110-150

I went to the gym today and worked on the punching bag. I had my gloves with me and kept on my feet for over an hour. Really felt good working out today. Heart rate: 130-170
