Revocation Means: Termination of Contract

Revocation can be made by various means and one of the mean is revocation by Post.

As generally the post determines the the falws as " Late delivery, Non - Delivery"

However Revocation is said to be complete only if the revocations comes to the knowledge who has made the contract.

Thus, the greater flaw of Revocation by Post is late delivery or non delivery, thus due to this revocation intention of the other party of the contract seems unknown to the first party, which makes the first party obliged to the the second party of the contarct. Due to this lack of communication the delay in offer extension, contract termination and other problems may arise which may end up with filing a suit case. This lead to loss or reutation , huge penalty / liability as sentenced by the court.
