ANS:( e) All statements are correct

If majority shareholders act oppressively the court shall initially issue a warning requiring a person or group of persons to stop doing a specified act. Incase they disobey, the court may order for modification of company's constitution as required for ensuring proper conduct of shareholders. Further violation may lead to court order for winding up of the company and court appointing a receiver to act on its behalf.
