Answer #1

The life one wants in future is the outcome of thier doings in the past and present

The quality of life that one is having right now is much more based on what his body mind did in the past , what type of rules and systems did they have in past, did they follow any strict lifestyle or they were casually treating their health

Systems also mean the way they took other aspects of their life like family education

if the education was sidelined in the past it might result in serious failures right now

if one needs to live a good quality of life with respect and dignity they have to put in a lot of efforts so that evrything is achieved in the future

the system of your life needs to be good , healthy and productive
