Eagle is a risk-taker. His design is bold and creative and has earned him several design awards in the current year. He considers EC is ready for listing now especially when he becomes famous. A. There might be a possibility of material misrepresentation in EC if Mr. Eagal Chan started working after the redevelopment, there seems to be a risk of a material misstatement by the staff in the refurbishment. When she does the job of recruiting staff, there seems to be a risk throughout the work of Winnie cha, as there is no list of employees who are employed as well as how much sum to be paid to employees.

B. The advice for EC is that they need more Focus or Organized in Worker Hiring and they also try to hire the worker on a full-time basis, i.e. permanent basis, because of experienced employees, the benefit of this decreases the work time and the profit increases automatically. This helps in describing the entity.
