  • Role clarity is a biggest issue in the new entity, A well planned, well timed and well-structured approach to creating clarity will benefit in 2 ways, Increased employee engagement, improving & performance.
  • Coordination between and newly engaged emplyee and an existing manager.
  • There is no consistent pay if the entity is a new and specifically in fierce competition majorly in online business.
  • Dealing with change , since a newly incorporated company always tries for change to develop furthur.
  • Diffcult to manage the complecated and new clients by the emplyees
