In canada there have two type of sales tax.Goods and Sales Tax and Harmonozed Sales Tax .The Gst Rate in the country is 5% and HST is blended with the provincial sales tax. In the Ontario The Gst is inclused in the HST in Ontario.

The Rate of  HST in the ontario is currently 13 % and it include Gst.The HST includes the provincial portion of the sales tax but is administered by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and is applied under the same legislation as the GST.The HST is in effect in Ontario,Prince Edward Island.,New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia
