As per the Securities and Exchange Corporation, all the companies which have issued publicly traded shares of $700 million or more, should file Form 10K within a period of 60 days from the end of fiscal year.

This form includes Five distinct sections:

1. Business
2. Risk Factors
3. Selected Financial Data
4. Management's discussion and Analysis
5. Financial Statements and Supplementary Data.

Form 10K is a comprehensive report filed annually by the publicly traded companies about their financial performance and this report contains much more detail than a company's annual report.

Examples of companies filing Form 10K:- Amazon.com,inc., The Walt Disney company, The Coca Cola Company, Apple Inc. and many more.
