It should also be noted that it is not only the objective and there are other objectives such as :

1. Wealth maximization

2. Profit maximization

3. Proper utilization of resources

4. Proper utilization of funds

5. Proper estimation of working capital to be funded

6. Crete goodwill.

Therefore from the above it is clear that finance manager's function is not only to reduce corporate income tax but he has other responsibilities also.
