Form 1120 need to be filled for corruption return

It should be filled within 15th day of 3rd month after end of tax year of your corporation.

For s corporation form 1220S needed to be filled within 15th day of 3rd month after end of tax year.

For partnership Form 1165 needed to be filled within March 15 after end of tax year.

LLC is taxed same as partnership. With same form and time limit.

In case of the 15th day fall on holiday or in weekend than next business day will be the taken as due date.
