How many trustees are currently on the IASB and what geographic areas do they represent?

Currently, there are 14 members on the IASB. One of the member is appointed as chair and other one as vice chair. Members are initially appointed for the term of 5 years and it can be further renewed for 3 years upto 5 years. So, the total tenure of members cannot exceed 10 years.

To maintain the geographical balance and to ensure international diversity, Four members of IASB board are from Asia region, Four members are from Europe region, Four members are from America region, one member from Africa and one member from any other region subjected to maintain overall balance.
