Non profit organisation and service organisations are almost similar

.Both are working under a common goal.ie service. The service industry can called as a non profit organisations.

There is no need need to prepare profit and loss account and balance sheet for these type of industry

The aim of non profit organisation and service industry is to provide services

There is no manufacturing or marketing of goods.Only services are carried out

AIS(Accounting Information System) shows accounting is for information sharing. AIS is all about sharing all those information to interested parties. The information so provided should be reliable,accurate, relevant etc. AIS can be benefited not only to manufacturing concerns,but also to the non profit organisation. All data should be collected properly and it should store in a proper system. For every types of industry that type of technologies are essential.AIS is try to provide services to all stakeholders of the organisation.
