Answer #1

Dear student, only one question is allowed at a time. I am answering the first question

Production quantity = 870 units

Direct labor hour required per unit = 0.25 hours

Labor hour rate = $12 per labor hour

Total direct labor hours required for production

= Production x Labor hours per unit

= 870 x 0.25

= 217.5 hours

So, total direct labor costs

= Labor hours required x Labor hour rate

= 217.5 x $12

= $ 2,610

So, as per above calculations, option a is the correct option
