  1. There has to be contracts with customers alongwith Principal and Agent relationship between seller and customer
  2. Specified goods or services must be identified.
  3. The seller is in complete control of the goods or services.
  4. The right on the goods and services are transferred to the customer.

At Yahoo, the space on the website for the advertisement is been sold out with all the requirements of Section 606-10, so the entity to whom the space is sold out should be called the customer of yahoo.com.

The Yahoo is the owner of the website space and have control on it, which is transferred to the buyer to display their advertisements.
