It is set at every levels of management and has an effect on every employees of the company. If the tone set by management holds honesty, integrity and ethics, employees will hold those values. Organisation's code of conduct influence the behaviour of employees by setting several values and standards of behaviour and practices of business that employee expects and other stakeholder. Organisation understands the influences of code of conduct on decision making & behaviour of individuals. These are an important part of control environment of the organisation.
