-You may import data from a Word Document or a QuickBooks Desktop company file. FALSE, only the following kind of files can be imported into QuickBooks these are, MS Excel, CSV, .txt, .qif, .ofx, access, and ODBC compliant database such as SQL.

-You must purge company data for your company before you can begin entering any transaction. TRUE, because doing this will erase all the data entered by QuickBooks during activation of QBO, so that transactions can be entered.

-You may invite your professor to your accountant. TRUE, we can invite any person as an accountant for quickbooks, if the accountant is already having subscription to QBOA, then he will get a link to access the QBO.
