The issue involved with the "group account receivables" is that charges or expenses are generalized on whole group, whole group is charged for the individual expenses also and when these charges are divided, issues and conflict arise. People who did not take a particular service, still they have to pay for it, this practice is not good and they do not want to pay for the expenses made by someone else. Another issue is if any individual wants to upgrade the room service or other service, he or she should have right to do so if he or she is ready to pay for that extra service.

Recommendation- My recommendation is that individual expenses should not be divided in the group, why should other people pay when they have not taken that service. Individuals should be provided cards so that they can pay for personal expenses.
