= 30 -12 = $18 Per Person

2) Tickets Must sell to earn the 3,600 Profit

= ( Fixed cost + Profit )/ CM per Person

Fixed Cost = 1000+2600 = 3,600

= (3,600+3,600) / 18 = 400 Tickets

3) Oeprating Leverage if 300 Tickets are Sold

operating Leverage = Contibution Margin / operating income

Contribution Margin = 18*300 = 5,400

opertaing income = 5,400-3,600 =1,800

Degree of operating leverage = 5,400/ 1800 = 3 Times
