Defense of unconscionability is a defense against the enforcement of a contract or some portions of the contract which are oppressive in nature or we can say that both the parties are not having equal rights.

In these kind of contracts if any party to the contract who feels oppressed can go to the court and the court may just find it unconscionable and may refuse to enforce it subject to its findings.
