Do you think the IRS should allow anyone the capability to file taxes on behalf of another taxpayer?
Do you think a person’s reason for not paying their taxes should determine how the matter should be handled? Is there ever a good reason not to pay taxes?
Should taxpayers be allowed to say what their tax dollars can or cannot be used for? Is that a slippery slope? Why or why not?
1)Yes I think IRS should allow anyone to pay tax on behalf of other person , because it is more concerned about collection of taxes and not verifying the identification of the person paid the tax. Due to this reason revenue must allow others also on behalf of the tax payer so that it will be more easier to pay taxes.
2)No people think because they see the word voluntary in the instructions for form 1040. But in this case voluntary means that you can figure your own taxes, rather than having the government figure it for you. Payment isn't voluntary, either. Not is compliance with an IRS summons.
3)Nope tax payers should not be allowed to say where their money should be utilized and for what purpose. Because it's IRS own matter and it's depend on the requirement of the nation for its growth and development
