In the present situation , on the work offered by student the carpenter aggreed to do the work where the contract was formed between the student and the carpenter.As per the terms of the aggrement the carpenter started to prepare the uniquely designed bookshelf for $1000.And later the student said that she was no longer required that bookshelf. Here there was a contract formed between the student and the carpenter.The student would have intimated that her non requiration of the bookshelf before the commencement of the work , as the work was commenced the rights of the carpenter would be.,1. He may enforce the contract through the court of law (or) 2.He might claim the damages for the damages incurred.
