Internet commerce is a subset of E - Commerce.

E - Commerce is wider than internet commerce.

E - Commerce is buying and selling of goods or services , transfer of funds , and tranfer of information to execute transaction through an electronic network .

Electronic network involves use of web, internet, intranet, extranet or some combination thereof.

E- Commerce deals commercial transaction through internet, telephone, ATM, fax machines, credit card etc.

Whereas,

Internet commerce is buying and selling of goods or services, transfer of funds,and transfer of information to execute transaction only through internet.

Internet commerce deals commercial transaction through internet,search engine and e-mails etc.
