Here, Ali has violated confidentiality (4^th in Question) standards of the IMAS Statement of Ethical Proffessional Practice. Because here, Ali told some of the secrete information of the working company to aoutsider or third party. His friend or the guy who working in news paper have no relatioship with the Ali's Company in that time. So its effects the confidentiality of company. And Also we konow that confidentiality means, the state of keeping or being kept secret or private. The competence means the ability of doing someething successfully and efficiently.integrity means having the honest and having strong moral pinciple and Credibility means the quality which bieng trusted and believed.So its clear that in this case Ali breached the confidentiality standard of the IMAS Statement of Ethical Proffessional Practice.
