Driving forces: - these are the key internal and external forces in organization which shapes the future of the organization. Internal forces such as knowledge, competence of management and workforce and external forces such as economy, competitors and technology.

Internal driving forces differ from organization to organization as it depends on internal strengths and weakness of a particular organization/ firm. Whereas external driving forces are mostly common for many business organization.
