Answer #1

With the help of chain of intermediaries the product gets a channel and passes through it and it from manufacturers to wholesale and retailers. For a company like Samsung to add a indirect channels can be very helpful for the company as it will pass through different intermediaries which will help in developing the product like reserch and development process, it will enhance design and product will get a well finished if it passes through different indirect channels. Marketing department will also help in the maximization of the sales of the company and eventually it is profitable for the company as a whole

Now, if the purchasing done directly form the Samsung it will cost less to the costomers and company both but the product quality will hamper and will not be up to the mark as the product will not get as finished.
