Answer #1

While working on a project, suddenly deadline day came closer. Manager asks to completed project, but i have nothing to show him. I have two options, the first one is to admit it and second one is blame on someone else.

It’s best to be honest about why I didn’t complete my project. This applies to many situations where we have the choice between being honest and lying. More often than not, lies in the workplace have a way of revealing themselves over time. Take responsibility and face up to our mistake. If the boss is a reasonable person, then they may well offer the advice and support you need to complete the project. Finally don't repeat it again, study from mistakes.
