Describe an occasion in which you should have written a goodwill message but failed to do so. Why was it difficult to write that message? What would make it easier for you to do so?

I was working as an assistant in a finance firm where there were 4 more assistants working for me. One of the assistants helped me in a crucial assignment. However, I did not write a goodwill message and communicate my appreciation.

It was difficult to write that message because of some personal issues we had in the past and some unsavory things which wre said which I could not let go of.

It would have been easier to write the meassage if we has resolved the issue and kept our egos aside.
