Service NSW is a government agency where you can apply for a licence, get a permit, register a birth, pay most fines and more. NSW government is considering to change the structure of "Service NSW" from the current traditional model to Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) model. This is to inform you that NSW government is considering to change the structure of NSW service from the current traditional model to Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO) model. As per our view, this change will lead to more efficiency in ground level work. giving more discretion and making the model more autonomous will provide opportunities to employees to work at their best capacity and will lead to higher morale also. Decentralisation will help in doing work more efficiently and effectively.
