When it comes to partnership, what happens if one person takes control over purchasing a product? How do you think a partnership controls the power of one being in charge?

It happens in partnerships that, every partner will be allocated a department who will look after all the transactions related to such department. And the managing partner will have control over such department wise partners.

To me there is no problem by such division of work among partners as they are the owners there won't be any difficulty as such any fraud may occur because they themselves are the owners of the funds. And however they are always under a look by the managing partner as well.
