If the management of the company formulates such a policy where an employee can earn additional profit if he finishes his job quickly or before the expected time then it may be expected that the employee will primarily focus on finishing the job in a shorter time which may compromise the quality of the work.

If the worker finish the job quickly and is able to earn additional profit as a result , the worker is likely to ignore quality.
