1)First know the preference of the customer to make a design.

2)Get the staturory info like restrictions to no . of floors that can be constructed in that area etc.

3)Then prepare a design and estimate the budget and time period needed to complete the construction.

4)Communicate your price based on budget and prepare an agreement.

5)Make staff allocation and start the construction immediately.

6)Communicate any price changes if there is any unexpected things like cable underground etc. and communicate price changes.

7)Complete the construction and handover the project.
