Homework Answers

Answer #1

When preparing a business powerpoint presentation, the most important factor to be considered is understandability. Thus, it is extremely important to embed data according to the organizational roles and experience level of the audience. I would first find out the structure of the audience. Then, I would try to incorporate facts in a way which are understandable to all. For example, if I am in the telecom industry I would expect my audience to have a knowledge of what a subcriber is. I can build up on basic knowledge to elaborate complex facts. However, at all times I will keep the presentation lucid and easily understandable.

The educational level of the viewers will greatly impact how deep I can go in the topic or the complexity or terms used in the presentation. It all depends on what the audience will find easy to grasp and process.
