1. Management uses thier power and authority to take decision on awarding a tender to the ineligible vendor as the vendor was a close friend of the management.

2. A audit firm does not qualofy the report because one of the firector is his best friend.

Competence:

Management appoints a employee although incompetent to fo the job because he is refered by a politician

Confidentiality:

An audit firm discloses customer names to the other competitor without taking permission.

Professional behaviour:

Management asked a mobster for assisting in recovery of customer dues as customer was not paying after multiple follow ups.
