I will try to avoid it by blocking Email Id.

Even though my employees receive any mails then I have to compliance to police and take appropriate actions.Do of then are mentioned below.

First of all I would see the mail address and try to find whether I get any clue.

Then have to ensure that is not the actual of any internal people like employees etc to get any unfair advantage.

Then I have to take further steps like tracing the IP address through which I get mails through ethicl hacking after taking appropriate permissions.
