Payroll Processing System Flowchart Problem ( using flow chart symbols for manual systems)

XYZ Furniture Builder's manufacturing department line employees' job time tickets are turned in to the payroll department every Friday. The tickets are manually compared to a report listing the current employees. This report is generated in the data processing department, from a computer payroll master file that is on disk. Any invalid job time tickets are sent back to the manufacturing department. The correct job time tickets are sent to the data processing department. The job time tickets are keyed into a computer process that converts the data to a job time magnetic tape. The magnetic tape is used in a process to update the data on the payroll master file, which is a direct access storage device. During this same process, an update is also done on the work-in-process master file that is stored on disk. Also during this process, a payroll register tape is processed to produce a weekly payroll report and the employee paychecks. Both of these outputs are sent to the payroll department. The payroll department gives the checks to the manufacturing department.
