Individual also know as a natural person is a living human being, whereas a comapany is considered a separate being in the eyes of law and can be a private or a public company. There are things an individual can do that a company cannot in terms of legal rights, such as
1- An individual has legal rights such as right to vote, whereas a company cannot vote in elections
2- Natural person can acquire a legal share is a property simply by being born in the family of owners, whereas company cannot do so and must acquire ownership through legal process.
