The expert and knowledged taxpayers are attempting to avoid taxation on foreign income and bypassing taxation rules on foriegn sourced income.By hiding foreign entities or retaining income offshore few taxpayers are trying to defer such incomes indefinetly or restoring such incomes when the most fabourable tax rules exists.

Hence the primary concern of taxation is to avoid the deferral of foreign sourced income and to bring it to tax regime so that tax laws cannot be byepassed.
