An Analytical technique is a method to analyze a problem, facts or it's a way to tell the thinker that how to solve the problem or how to apply the method to a particular problem. Managers generally use this technique in routine to solve the problem, or concluding information or fact gather through the routine process.

These are management tools used to solve the structure problem, the analytical technique does not solve unstructured problems. There are n numbers of analytical techniques but most used are :

1-Brainstorming 2-Gap Analysis 3- Benchmarking 4-SWOT Analysis. (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) etc.
