ANSWER-

Due to COVID-19 some Business's going concern are affected. Thus, to compete in a market place experiencing significant demographic changes from corona virus crisis and for that  businesses must develop and implement a diversity management strategy for sustain or survival of their businesses or for robust progress.

# Following are some points in my point of view for busniesses to implement diversity stretegy -

a) Engaging a decentralized workforce calls for teamwork

b) Childcare for frontline health workers

c) Take Initiatives for contributed to agility during crisis

d) Immediate actions to help employees

e) Stretegies to address stress
